We can prepare a short report that details the planning restrictions and allowances on your property and provides guidance on how to best achieve and design your development.

Planning Site Investigates start from $300.00 per site.

On-Demand Planning Advice

We can provide advice over the phone and in email on all planning matters, including district and regional plans, the Resource Management Act 1991, public and limited notification rights, submissions to council, and more.
